awesome story pete. did you do this all yourself, or did you have help ? please share as im looking at going to oz later and will need some help. maybe you or ? loved yoiur pics too. I want lots of aminals.

Sorry for replying so late. We did have a bit of help in planning our trip, but we picked where we wanted to go. We went on Australia.com and found an Autralian Travel Specialists using our zip code who was in the area. He wasn't Australian but had traveled down under many times. He gave us some ideas, set up our travel arrangements and also set up some of the excursions, and also set up the hotels, so that they were pre-paid and no worries when we did the tour. Most of it we did ourselves, we are quite adventurous. I am in the process of up-dating the web page with e-mail addressed and phone numbers, more photo's, and general touring information that we experienced. I personally think you can do it all yourself, if you know what you want, and where you want to go. The web is great, and this wiki web site is really good as you can learn alot from the people that have already visited. If I can be of assistance, I will help in anyway I can. If you use a Australian Travel Expert, it costs $350 which they wave if you book through them.
