Jul 27 2007, 6:24 PM EDT Loved the place. We were there in January 2005 for only 2 days due to a change in plans by the cruise line. We wanted a few extra days in Sydney but they switched us to Port Douglas (also a very lovely place) and we had to pack everything in the 2 days we were there. We did see a lot, Bondi Beach, the lovely aquarium near Darling Harbour, both sides of the water, had a 4 hour tour on a bus, walked a lot, had dinner with people we met on a Mediterranean cruise who live in England and happened to be in Sydney as well. We would love to return to Sydney and do it properly. We stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel, a great location and lovely hotel. We would have loved to take the ferry to the zoo and spend a day there but it was not to be. Maybe next time. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
