I accidentally stumbled upon your page – what a cool itinerary! Beautiful pictures! I am facing a problem of trying to do lots of things in a short period of time (9 days) in Australia, but will now be taking a root similar to yours, starting in Brisbane and checking out cool stuff around it. Can’t wait to see Queensland!

Thank you for the reply. I've decided on the itineary which is just like yours except that instead of Lamington NP I'll probably be doing Fraser island. I have one question: did you stay overnight at the resort in Moreton island? I've searched the net and it looks like one must stay there in order to hand-feed the dolphins. Can you recommend any particular tour company which services Moreton Island?

We did not stay overnight on Moreton Island. You can still hand feed the dolphins, or engage in any number of activities, piecemeal or in packages, with or without overnight stays there. You can also go kayaking, rent snorkeling equipment, go sand tobogganing, etc. Go to this page for day trip info: http://www.tangalooma.com/daytrips/day_cruises.asp
