First time to Australia
The weather should be nice but it can be hot. I was in Melbourne last Feb and it was 98 (Farenheit). Sydney was perfect at that time - 70's and 80's (Farenheit). In Sydney, there are lots of things to see and do. If you get a chance to go to Katoomba and the Blue Mountains region, I highly recommend it. Having a drink at the Opera House Bar in the evening is a must do as well. Take the ferry to Manly - the ride alone is worth the trip. In Melbourne, we did the Little Penguin Parade which was amazing. Take the direct tour though - the all day one makes some rather tedious stops. The wine country outside the city is very nice and we did an amazing tour to see wild kangaroos and koalas with a tour operator you can check out at echidnawalkabout.com.au Have a wonderful time! Lisa
