Day 1 – Arrive Sydney (3 days)
Spend time exploring this vibrant, sophisticated city, built around one of the world's most beautiful harbours. Enjoy the nightlife, admire the stunning opera house and relax on the golden sands of Bondi.

Some example activities
Sydney - the icon tour - Start with views of Sydney from the AMP Observation Deck, then visit Circular Quay and take a walking tour of The Rocks. Follow with a lazy lunch cruise and an Opera House tour. Hop on an Explorer Bus for the many attractions at Darling Harbour.

Bridge Climb - Don a Bridge Suit, harness and communication equipment, hook yourself to a cable and begin a dramatic three hour climb across the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, 134 metres above the waves.

Sydney's beach culture - Sydney is a city of beaches. Catch the ferry from Circular Quay to the Manly seaside. Try parasailing, speed boating or visit Oceanworld. Enjoy lunch overlooking the harbour at Nielsen Park, or take the Hermitage Foreshore Walk to beautiful Rose Bay.

UluruDay 4 – Sydney to Alice Springs (Red Centre Experience, 3 days)
From Alice Springs in the Red Centre, watch the sun set on the fabulous Uluru (Ayers Rock), explore the dramatic crags and peaceful waterholes of Kings Canyon and discover Aboriginal culture.

Reef Excursion - Take a day cruise to the Great Barrier Reef and swim, snorkel or scuba-dive in a dazzling underwater world. Or you could choose to stay dry and view the reef through a glass-bottomed boat.

Kuranda TrainKuranda - Visit the rainforest village of Kuranda. You can take the scenic Kuranda Rail up the mountain through rainforest and past waterfalls, and Skyrail – the world’s longest cableway – back down (or vice versa). While in Kuranda, browse the craft markets or visit a nature park where you can get up close to Australia’s unique fauna – and even cuddle a koala.

Daintree River - Cool down with a visit to the World Heritage listed Daintree Rainforest and a croc-spotting tour on the Daintree River. The drive north along the scenic Captain Cook Highways is an exciting part of the journey. Stop off in the boutique coastal village of Port Douglas for a coffee break and to browse in the upmarket boutiques and galleries.
