Trip highlights: This was my fourth trip to Australia and this time the focus was on golf !! Played some wonderful courses (Noosa Springs, Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island, Pacific Dunes, The Vintage @ Hunter Valley). Also found time to visit the Australia Zoo, Byron Bay, and do some wine tasting in the Hunter Valley.

"Absolute must-sees" to pass along: Australia Zoo, Byron Bay Lighthouse, any of the golf courses mentioned above.

Best wildlife encounters: Kangaroos on the golf course !! At one point I was traveling down a cart path with several kangaroos hopping along on either side of me -- they headed into the trees while I headed to the fairway to find my ball.

What surprised me most: How easy it was to drive in Australia -- after my initial learning curve in driving on the left side of the road (from the right side of the car), roads are fairly easy to navigate. Roundabouts were a little confusing at first, but once you get used to them, they are manageable as well.

Advice I want to pass along:

Best hotels: (link to them so others can check them out!): Hyatt Sanctuary Cove

Favorite meals: (be sure to include the restaurant name and city!)
